A special THANK YOU to Jim Rike who provide the following pictures and narrative of their winter travels.   Jim and Carole visited Paul and Sonia Fultz who were members of the Tri-State Traveliers for many years.  Paul and Sonia have given up the traveling and have been building a new home in Deming NM.  Jim helped install the crown molding throughout the house.  Another Tri-Stater--Dale Francis installed the family room flooring.  (Good work everyone--it looks beautiful!)

Their trip included a visit to Titusville, Florida.  During their month in the Titusville area they were able to see the lauch of the Mars Probe from Cape Kennedy.

Several visits to the Merritt Island National Wildlife Reserve produced some great wildlife pictures.

About 40 miles North of Orlando, is Blue Springs State Park.  The spring produces 104 million gallons of fresh water each day into the Indian River.  The water is 73 degrees.  During the colder months, when it's too cold for the Manatees to stay the river where they feed, they make this spring fed river their home.

Next stop of the trip was Daytona Beach.  A car show was underway and there was at least one very unusual car.   How about this little red wagon.

Finally, a stop at Disney World.

Disney Castle at night.

Epcot dome at night.

Sandhill crane at campground--there were 50 of them and they walked through the camp like they owned it.
